Frequently asked questions
Is Rinova free for shoppers?
Completely. No commission is ever taken from shoppers — the commission is paid by the store. You pay for the product and, where it applies, the delivery fee the store sets — nothing else.
What does Rinova cost a store?
A commission on completed sales, and nothing else: no signup fee, no subscription, no listing fee. The standard commission is 8%. Founding stores pay far less — the terms are agreed together, and can go as far as a full year paying nothing. No sale, no commission.
How do I get paid as a store?
Directly by the customer, in cash on delivery or at in-store pickup. Rinova never holds your money — we only invoice our commission on completed sales.
How does cash on delivery work?
You order in the app and pay in cash when your order is delivered, or when you pick it up in store. No card or prepayment needed.
Which cities are covered?
Rinova is starting in Oran only. We’d rather fill one city properly before opening another — the rest will follow city by city. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when we reach yours.
Who photographs my products?
For founding stores, our team comes to you, photographs your products and writes the descriptions — free of charge. All you have to do is open your store.
How do I become a founding store?
Use the registration form above. We’re recruiting 50 founding stores in Oran before launch, and we’ll contact you to set everything up together.
Do I need a physical shop?
No. A physical boutique, a workshop, or an entirely online business — all can sell on Rinova, as long as the products and prices you list are real.
Can I offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Every store chooses delivery, in-store pickup, or both — and sets its own delivery fees wilaya by wilaya.
What if the customer refuses the order?
The order is cancelled in the app and no commission is due — commission only ever applies to completed sales. Buyers who cancel repeatedly are tracked, to protect stores.
When does the app launch?
Very soon in Oran. Register your store now to be ready from day one.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We only use your information to run your orders and connect you with stores. We never sell your personal data.
